Manufacturers can separate them by treating technical requirements as product-related criteria—such as purity, grade, concentration, specifications, testing, and documentation—and commercial requirements as purchasing criteria—such as price, MOQ, payment terms, lead time, packaging, and delivery terms. This separation makes supplier comparison clearer and more objective.
