What you are buying

Consistent enough to formulate against

Purity on a label is easy. Purity that repeats from batch to batch is what a formulation team actually needs, because a shifting alkaloid profile means revalidating work you have already signed off.

Our 99.9% grade is produced on a single controlled line, with each batch traced back to the tobacco lot it came from and released only against specification. Related alkaloids and residual solvents are held to monograph limits rather than to whatever a batch happens to give.

Where buyers use it

Nicotine replacement therapy manufacturing, pharmaceutical formulation, nicotine salt preparation, regulated product manufacturing and analytical reference work.

Also available as

Nicotine salts prepared to order from this released base, and pharmacopoeia grade material for NRT programmes. Both are described on their own pages.

Buyer questions

Frequently asked

Do you issue a certificate of analysis with every batch?

Yes. A batch specific CoA is issued with every despatch, and a recent CoA can be shared before you order so your QA team can review the parameters first.

What is the minimum order quantity for 99.9% pure nicotine?

Commercial supply starts at 1 kg, with 100 g qualification samples available. Larger scheduled volumes are quoted against an annual contract.

How long does a batch stay within specification?

Twenty four months from manufacture in unopened, nitrogen blanketed original packing kept cool, dry and protected from light. A retest date is printed on every label.

Can you supply against USP or EP monograph requirements?

Yes. Tell us which monograph and market you are filing into and we will confirm the parameters and documentation we can support before you sample.
