Made without tobacco
Synthetic nicotine, non tobacco derived
The same molecule, manufactured without tobacco. Supplied at high purity with a tobacco alkaloid profile that is absent by design, for buyers whose market or customer requires a non tobacco route.
- OriginNon tobacco
- Purity99% min
- Isomer(S) or racemic
- Tobacco alkaloidsNot present
Why buyers ask for it
A non tobacco route, with the paperwork to prove it
Synthetic nicotine is manufactured rather than extracted, so it carries no tobacco leaf in its history. Buyers choose it when a customer specification, a retail listing or a market position requires a non tobacco origin, or when a supply chain free of agricultural variability is worth paying for.
Isomer options
Synthetic material is available as (S)-nicotine, matching the naturally occurring form, or as a racemic mixture of the (S) and (R) forms. These are not interchangeable for every application or every regulator, so confirm which your registration requires before you sample.
Regulatory position
Do not assume a non tobacco origin means a lighter regulatory load. In the United States, for example, products containing nicotine from any source have been brought within the tobacco product framework, and other markets take their own view. Check the position in your destination market with your regulatory adviser before you plan around it.
Absent by design
Because there is no leaf in the route, tobacco alkaloids such as nornicotine, anabasine and anatabine are not present. Where that is a claim you intend to make, we will report it on the certificate.

Ordering
Minimum order, samples and lead time
Isomer and purity are confirmed in writing before sampling, because they drive both your test method and your registration.
Send your requirement
Grade, quantity, destination market and intended application, with your company details.
Compliance check
We verify licence, import permit and end use, then share the specification sheet, MSDS and a recent CoA.
Sample despatch
A qualification sample is packed and shipped under dangerous goods rules with full paperwork.
Qualification and order
You test against your own method, we confirm price, batch size and despatch schedule.
Buyer questions
Frequently asked
Is synthetic nicotine chemically the same as tobacco derived nicotine?
It is the same molecule. The differences that matter commercially are the isomer supplied, the impurity profile that comes with each route, and how your destination market treats origin.
Do you supply (S)-nicotine or racemic material?
Both. (S)-nicotine matches the naturally occurring form; racemic material contains both isomers. We confirm which you are buying on the order and on the certificate.
Is synthetic nicotine less regulated than tobacco derived nicotine?
Not necessarily. Several jurisdictions, including the United States, regulate nicotine products irrespective of whether the nicotine came from tobacco. Take advice for your own market.
Can you confirm the absence of tobacco alkaloids on the CoA?
Yes. Nornicotine, anabasine and anatabine are tested and reported, and a non tobacco origin declaration is issued with the batch.
